IF YOU WANT A ONE TIME KARAOKE EVENT

BOOK A PARTY AND ADD KARAOKE.

     SPECIAL NOTE:

On a PC, use Save Quote as PDF button above, Please Print or Save this FORM in Landscape.

On a Cell Phone select share to  then choose print, then choose landscape, then then print, otherwise while on the print screen, choose share to again, and it should save as a pdf on some phones, so you can email or share.

     so until customer calls Winks and gets booked for

     event, Winks reserves the right to fix and correct
